What size storage unit should I get?
To better help you decide what size storage unit is best for you, please see the below recommendations on sizing.
5x10 Storage Unit
Similar to a walk-in closet. Can fit up to 30-40 medium boxes. Ideal for student storage, holiday decorations, motorcycle, ATV Storage.
10x10 Storage Unit
Similar to half the size of a one-car garage. Everything from two bedrooms including nightstands, bedframes, mattresses, dressers and several medium and large moving boxes
10x20 Storage Unit
Similar to a standard one-car garage. Could fit items from a small house or multi bedroom apartment. These units can fit: an entire living room, an entire kitchen and two bedrooms worth of furniture.

How do I sign up for an online account?
Good News! When you rent with us you automatically be set up with an online account.
What is my online account good for?
Having an online account allows you to makes changes to your personal information such as, email address, home address, phone number, one-time payments, payment methods, passcode and more!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Choose “Forgot Password” at the sign on to recover your password. Enter your email address and directions will be email to you on how to recover your password.
What if I don’t remember the phone number or email I used for my account?
Please contact one of our facility managers at 260-224-7289 during business hours to recover this information.
How do I make a pay my account?
When you rent from us you are required to have a valid bank card on file at all times. Payments will be automatically debited to this card on the 1st of every month.
Can I make a one-time bill payment online?
Yes, want to use a different card than the card you have on file this month? Making a one-time manual payment through your online account is simple!
If I am late in making my payment this month, can I still pay online?
Yes, you can pay anytime online. Simply login to your online account and make a manual payment as described above. Note: Any additional fees related to your account being past due will be shown in the total due.
What is AAA Southside Storage’s late payment policy?
AAA Southside Storage requires accounts to be paid in full and cannot accept partial payments. Please refer to your rental agreement to obtain specifics about the late fees. You may also contact the facility manager for assistance.
What type of payments do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Cashier Check’s. We do not except cash, personal or business checks.
I have multiple units; will all of these units show up in my online account?
Yes, your units to be “linked” to one another under your account you will see all of your units under your one online account.
I want to pay multiple months on my unit, can I do this through my account?
Yes. You simply login into your online account and do a manual payment for the amount of your choice. Payment will be taken in full and any surplus will be applied to your account as a credit. Subsequent months bills will be automatically taken from this credit on the 1st of every month until the credit balance is used.
Am I tied to a long-term contract?
No. Our leases are month-to-month.
Do I have to give a 30-day notice to vacate my unit?
We require that you give us a 10-day notice before moving your belongings out of your unit. 10-day notice must be given at least 10 days prior to the end of the month to avoid being charge for the following months rent.
I will be vacating my unit soon, can I move-out online?
Move-outs are not available on-line. Please notify facility manager per the terms of your Rental Agreement regarding the vacating of your storage unit.
Will you prorate my rent if I move out early?
No, AAA Southside Storage does not prorate rent on a move-out for any reason.
My address information has changed. Can I update this information on the website?
Yes, you and update it in your online account. You must keep your personal information up to date by either doing so online or contacting the facility manager as soon as possible, via phone or in person about phone number changes, address changes, or other personal information changes so we maintain the ability to notify you of price increases, late payments, move-out notices, and other important facility notifications.
